Classes are structured around the three pillars of ADAMAS: combatives, strength & conditioning, and nutrition and recovery.
Each class has a purpose, a pace, and a progression. Whether you’re brand new, rebuilding after time away, or looking to develop advanced skills, there is a place for you to train.
[ LEVEL 1 ] Entry-level martial arts movement and fundamentals. Good for all skills levels to maintain a strong foundation.
[ LEVEL 2 ] Higher intensity and pace while building on the foundation of Level 1. Includes the integration of MMA, sparing and competition.
[ LEVEL 1 ] Firearm fundamentals includes stance, drawing from a holster, malfunctions, reloading, and movement.
[ LEVEL 2 ] Advanced skills including concealed carry, movement & shooting with people, and room/home clearing technique.
[ LEVEL 1 ] Foundational strength building, mobility, and conditioning. Utilizing bodyweight to light weights.
[ LEVEL 2 ] Higher-load resistance, compound lifts, sprints, running, and HIIT. Developing athletic power and strength.
[ LEVEL 1 ] Personal protection principles, awareness color codes, situational awareness, focus on unarmed prevention and mitigation, and family protection planning.
[ LEVEL 2 ] Advanced tactics including safe logistical movement and planning, integrating weapons and basic life saving education.
